Exhibition Hall (of Via Nicola Palma)
Re-opened to the public at the end of 2019 after being closed for four years, the Exhibition Hall in Via Nicola Palma in Teramo is a venue for exhibitions and initiatives of various arts, from figurative to sculptural and musical. Over time, it has also hosted exhibitions of products and handicrafts, as well as exhibitions and initiatives promoting leisure activities.
The exhibition on the artist Amilcare Rambelli with which the Exhibition Hall in Via Nicola Palma was inaugurated in 1998, an exhibition that was later partially rearranged at the Brera Academy and that saw the publication of a catalogue edited by Andrea Del Guercio, opened a rich season of exhibitions interrupted only by the closure of the space in 2014 by the Municipality of Teramo. In December 2019, the showroom was handed back to the citizens after four years. On the occasion of the reopening, the exhibition Per visibilia. Il purgatorio di Dante tra letteratura, scultura e immagini (Dante's purgatory in literature, sculpture and images), which allowed the exhibition hall in Via Nicola Palma to once again become an important cultural space.
